      Harley Price, 85, of Adel died July 1, 1995, of a respiratory ailment at Adel Acres Care Center.
       Mr. Prices was born in Rolla, N.D., on Feb. 20, 1910, to Joseph Franklin Price and Bertha Ethel (Stemen) Price. He lived in Adel for the past 10 years, previously residing in Dallas, Boone and Clarke counties. Mr. Price retired as a farmer in 1979, and belonged to Panther Creek Church of the Brethren.
       Mr. Price is survived by his daughters, Lavon Marie (Price) Doherty of Adel, and May Ellen (Price)Hall of Pasadena, Calif. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
       Mr. Prices was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Eugene, Esli and Charles; and three sisters, Effie Perch, Sylvia Abrahamson and Opal Stebleton.
