      Jeane C. Dollar, 71, of 1321 New Jersey Ave., Hellertown, died Thursday, Aug. 15 1996, at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Terri J. and Lee A. Weidner of 99 Wilson Ave., Hellertown. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Henry J. and Mearl B. (Schmeltze) McCance. She was a volunteer at the Good Shepherd Home, Allentown, for 17 years, and a foster parent for 23 children.
       Survivors: Daughters, Terri and Tracy E., wife of William K. Schellhaas of Bethlehem; son, Garrett S. of Bethlehem; sister, Doris M., wife of Paul Turner of Coopersburg, and 10 grandchildren.
       Services: 11 a.m. Monday, Heintzelman Funeral Home, 326 Main St., Hellertown. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Sunday. Contributions: Visiting Nurses Association of Bethlehem and Vicinity.
